All patients are considered “members” of our practice, and all patients receive a Basic Membership plan free of charge. The Basic Membership provides access to booking appointments online, refilling prescriptions, and receiving lab results following visits. Some patients may also be eligible for Premium Membership services that can provide additional wellness and care management support. These Premium services may only be available for patients who are enrolled in Privia’s health management programs through a sponsoring health plan or employer, or to patients who have joined a paid wellness membership plan.
